Inclusive Growth Consultancy was born from the transformative vision and pioneering work of Darren Rodwell during his successful ten years as Leader of Barking and Dagenham Council. Under his leadership, the borough became a standout example of how inclusive and sustainable urban regeneration can be done right. With a focus on thoughtful planning that meets the needs of the people who live there, Rodwell’s initiatives ensured that everyone, no matter their background, had the opportunity to live and thrive in a safe and affordable community, where all their needs are met right on their doorstep.
